What does ‘Ecclesiastical’ mean?

The root word is ‘Ecclesia’ which, in short, is a community of believers working together in mutual support. This document gives a great background and intro. Thus, Ecclesiastical means ‘of those things pertaining to the ‘Ecclesia’.

Why is this a ‘Secret Weapon’ ?

People don't expect this. It gives us an independent body, free from corruption, to be a finder of fact and law in accordance with the equity derived from our ‘Source’ of all love and justice, the Creator of all things, our Father in heaven. There is no higher authority.

You may assert claims individually against ‘The Beast’, but on your own you become easy prey for retaliation and/or easy to ignore. When the Jural Assembly makes a decision in your favor, it’s not ‘you’ making any determination, assertion or claims. The facts and the law are determined by an independent body operating in a ‘higher jurisdiction’ that carries weight and is from the supreme jurisdiction over all.

When you have issues with a foreign corporate official who has exceeded his or her delegated authority and violated their oath and whose ‘ultra vires’ unauthorized acts have caused damages in their personal capacity, they are given the opportunity to defend their actions by presenting a defense against your allegations to the jural assembly, upon your request. However, they do so in their individual capacity taking on personal liability due the ultra vires nature of their behavior.

The same holds true for any private party. Should the findings of fact and law be In your favor, you now have an independent determination to support claims followed by commercial collection activities against the usurper.

How is this used?

This is used primarily as an independent finder of fact, or arbitration panel in the pursuit of establishing monetary and other damages and being a basis for using commercial debt collection processes.

So who cares? Who’s going to listen? What authority does it have? Why would corporate government officials pay any attention?

When used in the context of ‘Binding Arbitration’ with mutual consent (tacit or expressed) there are laws recognizing the results of binding arbitration and this is recognized and highly favored because it takes a load off of the court system.

We don’t expect corporate government officials to give it any attention. We don’t care. It doesn’t matter. The intent is not to meddle in corporate government matters. That’s not the realm of the Assembly. Likewise, church and spiritual matters are not the realm of corporate government and they cannot interfere in our affairs. This is written in stone in multiple constitutions, treaties, International declarations of human rights and more. See below. They have their jurisdiction, we have ours and never the two shall meet. 


As a private individual you have the natural right in equity to seek remedy for transgressions and have ‘Your Court’ convened if necessary to settle the matter. You convene ‘Your Court’ wherever you like. Nothing requires you to go to the County Court of the local corporate government, although that’s what people are programmed to do. You may convene ‘Your Court’ in a Denny’s restaurant if you like and can get the necessary actors together for the event. If you choose the Ecclesiastical Assembly, then so be it. 


In the event that you should have a Declaration and Finding of Fact in your favor from the Assembly that includes specified damages and monetary awards, this independent finding is sufficient to begin standard commercial processes for debt collection. Also, with this in hand it adds weight to your case as additional evidence and support to seek a Declaratory Judgement in a corporate government court, if that is desired.
